This sounds like a great way to discover a new place, but I must confess, I really want to do it when I’m actually trying to follow someone.
How to tell a taxi driver to "follow that car!"
It made me
smiley happy! 
"Splendid I say... splendid."
How I did it: Jumped into a taxi and told him to follow the car in front... which had our fellow revellers in it... then got stuck in New Years Eve traffic immediately.

As fun as this might be to “say” I did it, I now really don’t see the importance in me doing it. Clearing up the clutter from my goals. This one is gone. At least for now.
