    i LOVE running!!

    i can now run 3 miles nonstop (at a comfortable 12-min mile pace). i can’t believe i only started this goal 3 months ago and can now check it off as completed!!!

    i just wish i were faster at it…...though what i lack in speed i make up for in endurance. i can now run 3 miles (i usually go 4xwk depending on the weather b/c i use an outdoor track). and really…i’m getting a killer tan to boot!

    i’m getting better and better with this goal all the time. right now i AM running 4 days a wk (i’d run even more if i didnt work weird hours all the time and if the track were open wkends).

    i can run 2 miles at a 12:30 min mile pace (which is pretty good for a beginner, no?) before i know it, i’ll be back to the days of comfortably running 3 miles in 33 mins!

    And so it begins. TODAY.

    i started by doing 30 mins on the treadmill. i had to alternate btw running and walking, but it felt good. hopefully i’ll be back in running shape in 10 wks (wed july 19 2006).



    just do it....you *SHOULD* have already done it 4 years ago

    i’ve decided to stick to a low carb diet…again. hopefully it will stick this time. i like having a voluptious onion, but not this voluptious. i also need to get my overly voluptious backside out on the street to go for a jog, but first a snack…;o)
