I’ve been kind of eating more often these past few days but there are just times I forget to eat. I have this habit of not feeling hunger for hours. From now on, I’ll watch my eating routines and make sure that I eat every three hours. If I’m able to do this for two weeks and be consistent, I’ll mark this as Done.

Well I’ve been real consistent with eating this often. I’ve been taking lots of food to school and everything. It feels great to always have some food to work with. I have a lot more energy this way and it is helping me in the gym a lot. Now I just need to continue this when summer is here and I am hanging out with friends who knows where.

I have been doing this for a while, but its easy to get lazy when on break from school. But eating more often is the only way I can meet some of my other goals. I will keep working on this.
