buy a vintage dress

i ended up buying 3 vintage dresses. i love wearing them.

I bought a very cute 60’s strawberry print dress/shorts combo off my friend Tanya. I would post the one picture of me wearing it, but it’s with a wide angle lens and it’s not particularly flattering (though, thankfully, the dress is). But I’m probably not going to be wearing it until it gets a little warmer here in San Francisco. Which means next September, ha.

I bought it and it just stayed in my closet. I didnt find anything great about it.

im constantly looking to add interesting items to my wardrobe.. i just dont know where to look for vintage items! i guess in the city? im not sure..

Vintage dresses are so hard to find around here, but in a trip to Wisconsin I found an excellent vintage shop with some of the most beautiful pieces of clothing I’ve ever seen…but alas, I am broke. sigh Better start saving.

i especially love the idea that my clothes where out partying into the wee small hours before i was even a twinkle in the milkmans eye :)

My friends and I are going shopping this Friday. They are determined to buy blue plaid bermuda shorts and I am determined to buy my vintage dress. I know just where I want to go to.

it was bought for me but hey, it counts! i love it.

i saw the most amazing vintage dress like a year ago. i didnt get it. and now i regret it. so now im determined to buy a vintage dress the next time i find one that i love!

i love vintage clothing, i think its beautiful and classy and elegant and cool. Especially the vintage section at clotheshow last year it made me want to die lol all the clothing was so romantic. I bought a vintage top recently, well, a top from a vintage clothing website. The tops from the 80s, i love it and i just think that it would make me really happy to have a vintage dress. i already have my eye on a couple lol. watch this space
