dance everyday

A lot of people look for happiness. And one of the things that i learned in class today is that happiness, according to the Buddhist teachings, can only be found within oneself. Instead of searching for it in our daily encounters, happiness was kept in one place that we would never find it, and that is from within us. Thus, I believe that doing what you love to do and reflecting will lead you to your own peaceful and happy life.

A good phisically activity that gets you movin’ burning calories and alot of fun hehe.
I don’t even think im working out when i dance lol.

I love the song Outta my Bed by Dirtie Blonde for dancing around. I could do the typical jumping up and down, shaking my booty, and even some swing moves with that song. It isn’t the type of music I normally listen to but then again what is? Music has to correspond with my mood. So I listened to it a couple times today and felt my heart race more than usual. Another great song to dance to is Me & U by Cassie which I did use the other day.

I’ve got several new dance videos to try, a ballet one, a couple of belly dancing ones and even a stripper dance one lol, we’ll see how that one works out.

I danced on and off for five hours last night because I went to a friend’s birthday dance party and then I came home and danced some more—to better music. ;D

Since I am the only one here I can crank up the music…today it’s Mick Jaguar & David Bowie…who could resist Dancing in the Street? :)

So I turned on Garth Brooks and danced around the showroom to I’ve Got Friends in Low Places…way fun. ;)

every Wednesday evening at a local honky tonk. A friend has been going and loves it. I have been staying away but last night I was actually listening to a local radio station called “Hank radio”.

After I stopped laughing at the name (reminded me of King of the Hill)I started enjoying the music, missing all of the times I went dancing at Billy Bob’s or other great places in the Fort Worth Stockyards.

Maybe I should try the dance lessons here in the wilderness.

in the world to do is to dance. I am dancin’ around the shop today…can’t seem to stay in my seat.

I have been practicing the Shimmy with a program on Direct TV. It has been fun to do alone in the living room but I’m not sure I’d show anyone my new dance.

Maybe with a little more practice.
