So it was a Friday nite and I got a random call from a friend who I havnt talked To since 8th grade…. she told me that her and her sister was going to warped Tour and they were looking for people to go with them… I flipped the fuck out cuz I knew that My Chemical Romance was going to be playing…. but anyways…. I told my dad and he gave me money to go. I WAS EXSTATIC! I was bouncin off walls and everything!
We got to the Pontiac Silverdome and made our way to the line. It was 5:30 in the morning…..the gates didnt open until 11!!!!!
I HAD to be the first one there. HAD TO… as in NO OTHER CHOICE!..... We were and I was happy…
So the day went on with a bunch of great performances by Fall Out Boy, Hawthorne Heights, Avenged Sevenfold, and Atreyu. I now listen to these bands on a regular basis…
Ofcorse My Chemical Romance was the last to play on the maun Stage. I was up against the crowd control bars the whole day. I was soooo sore. I have permanent bruises on my chest now….
I faked fainting in a mosh pit and got pulled out by a security guard into the mist tent next to the stage. When they went to go pull someone else out I got u really quick and ran the rest of the way to the backstage area…. I watched the rest of the show from behind the stage….and off the stage they came…one by one…. Gerard, Mikey, Frank, Ray, and then Bob. I thaught I had died and gone to heaven… I still have the shirt with bbq sauce on it from the food fight in the tent… THANK YOU BOYS.
