VerbalReport is saving and writing and being inspired by everyone here
I have used it to cure my snake phobia with excellent results. I used it yesterday to process the fear I had in handing in some writing and getting feedback. It is a really useful tool which I use when I am stuck. Give it a try it is easy to teach yourself.

has just been too overwhelming for me.
I’ve now found a pretty nice podcast with different topics related to EFT, so I’ve downloaded a few that seem particularly interesting and listening to them. The first one so far is pretty good, and I have learned some things from it.

in a couple of days. We’re to bring in a food that we can’t resist, and then we’re going to tap around our craving for it. So, I’m going to bring in Double Stuff cookies and see what happens.
Lately, I’ve been working my EFT practice into my morning routine. Instead of writing three morning pages, I’ve been writing one and then doing EFT around any issues that I may be writing about. It leaves me with a ‘warm’ feeling that’s difficult to describe. It’s a nice way to start my day.

I found this on the website. It’s similar to what the person teaching the workshop recommended, except that she suggested that we use chapter headings. I really like it. It was easier for me to list a bunch of memories consecutively rather than divide them by chapters.

I called an EFT therapist that morning, and she called me back a few hours later and said she is teaching a three week class that would start that night, and if I could I should try to take it because it’s inexpensive and she’d be able to give a lot of attention (during class and outside) during that period. I learned the basic technique in the first class and am now keeping a journal with chapter headings and tapping each day on different things that come up. The next class is in two weeks.

but moving on. Hey, I think I tapped away a fear I had. I worked on it yesterday and had a chance to try today. If it didn’t subside, it’s not much much weaker and doesn’t disturb me so much. Yay, it’s encouraging!!! Can’t wait to come back home and consume more bits of it! Even if I have to repeat this tapping every now and then, I prefer this to what it was in the past.
It does amaze me at this stage.

about EFT and the very first thing I have discovered (as a joined result of this reading and L. Hay’s You can heal your life) is that a ‘zzzzzz’ appears in my body when I think about something that I (think I) fiercely desire. Instead of exciting encouragement, the thought of it causes an apparent disruption in my body’s energy system. I’m shocked!!
To me, it means I am limiting myself from getting where I think I am going to. I am cutting off a part of my self simultanously assuring myself that I am stimulating it.
Let what it is be a secret for now. But it’s amazing. I’m in complete shock right now.
