    Yay! Jack and I made cheese yesterday—not quite sure it’s mozzarella, but cheese! Lots of rennet tablets left for more cheese efforts.

    I’ve tried this a couple of times. I end up with something more like ricotta. The curds just don’t form to the point that you start stretching them. I could use suggestions, if anyone has any.
