This is what I want to do, but I would do it in Africa with endangered species and send money to existing animal shelters around the world.

My goal is very similar. IF I were ever to win the lottery, I’d open a series of N0-Kill animal shelters across the country. I swear there’d be a lot of happy cats (and dogs). To go along with this, work to enact the toughest animal cruelty/neglect laws and penalties possible.
