Went to a debate workshop today: we’re dead. I’m so nervous about the first tournament—coming in 2 weeks. We are so far behind on research. Nobody went to camp, and we have 3 VSS debaters. We need 2 Aff cases and all the neg stuff we can find. I’m freaking out here!

Oh boy, debate season has already started. We have two VSS policy teams, and nobody went to camp this summer. Now we have to write out an Aff case and our Neg strategies ourselves. I’m nervous about the season—we’re okay on JV, but were terrible at varsity. I guess we’ll just have to jump in!
