Well, today I met with my lawyer. We are finally filing for the divorce. I “filed” over a month ago, but because of a few situations, we weren’t able to find loopholes in Louisiana law to allow me to divorce until NOW. So, thank god my lawyer finally found a way to do it. ... And still no word from the lawyer. I don’t know what’s going on and I am getting very anxious. I am very worried about Hayden’s insurance because of all of this. They are denying claims because I am still legally married to David. Wade’s insurance is being difficult. :( I don’t know what to do now. 5 years ago

I began the divorce process in March of 2006, hiring a lawyer to file for an uncontested, no-fault divorce. Here it is almost _two years _ since I started and I’m STILL married! This is using only one lawyer, the divorce is still uncontested, and we have agreed on everything. So, I’m TAKING CONTROL and I’m going to complete this divorce on my own. 5 years ago
