How to get a new passport
It made me
excited
 "now that i have my passport, i feel like nothing can really stop me from travelling!"
How I did it: i went to the US government passport website, found out all the paperwork that i needed, filled it out, made copies of the front and back of my driver's license, got all my paperwork necessary, and headed down to the local post office for them to take my photo and all my paperwork. i opted to get mine expedited, so it cost me an extra 60$, but i got it in the mail within a week of going down to the post office. Lessons & tips: make sure that you research all that you will need to get your passport before you go wait in line. |

How I did it: After trying my local Post Office(most Post Offices can process the paperwork for passports), I went to the County Office. It took me 15 minutes and cost $80 plus an expediting fee. So I have to wait 4 weeks as opposed to 6-8 weeks for my passport to come in the mail. So I'm done my piece of the work, now its a waiting game. No biggie. It'll be here before I leave for Europe so I'm all good :) Read how I did it…

Today I went to the post office to ask what I needed in order to acquire a new passport. The post office in Mt. Holly, New Jersey doesn’t do passports, but the county building across the street does. Tomorrow I’ll be going to the county building

...I got the forms sent off! I am so terrible with forms, I swear. But yes, it should be with me in 2 or 3 weeks – then I can go on holiday, yay! =)
(Pity they’re so damn expensive, mind.)
