How I did it: I took a hammer an BAM!
I know it sounds silly, mabey childish but it was a good stress release and made me feel great! Breaking something that cluttered up my room and wasted space helped me get more space in my closet (It was an old flower pot)
Lessons & tips: Just make sure to do this outside and wear proper eye protection if you are smashing something that can shatter (glass or ceramic). Also if you want to be constructive breaking down boxes or stomping soda cans for your recycle can be a good way to release stress- and just plain fun!
