my dog and our relationship has improved very much since spending more time together and in training….

My boyfriend got a boxer puppy last month and we have been having a hard time housebreaking him (the dog, not my boyfriend). We try to keep an eye on him all the time and to let him out often, but whenever we turn our backs he has an accident. He is almost 5 months old, but he still doesn’t make it through the night without having an accident. He’s coming along well with obedience training, but does anybody have any tips for housebreaking?
Can be a minimum of 10 minutes, and include rewards such as treats, belly rubs/scratches, and access to a toy/ball.
Keep obedience sessions short and interesting!!
Use only positive training/praise so it’s fun for the dog.
Dogs have more confidence and adjust better in new situations
Things like fly ball and agility socialise my dog with other dogs, and will decrease her anxiety/excitement around dogs so we can work on our CGC title.
