which is a lovely set up and did exactly 1000 calories worth of exercise on the Cross Trainer which took exactly one hour. Listening to Indian Pop Music seemed to make it go faster. It’s easy here when all you have to do is take the lift from your room and then the Gymnwallahs do everything far you bar the exercise itself. Before getting too self congratulatory I should record that I went to a cocktail party type affair later in the evening and sank a significant number of glasses of white wine topped off with a a fair few bucketfuls of gin and tonic. 3 years ago
