I just changed this goal, I had “Lose 50 pounds” as my goal, but I need to lose ANOTHER 50, I’ve already lost 25.
I want full credit for the full amount, even if the 75 number is much scarier. 15 months ago
Had a hiatus from the gym and good eating during late nov, early dec. Doing better now. Down 35# from original setting of this goal 2 yrs ago. I will complete this goal by April 30,2012 16 months ago
The last thing I’ve wanted to think about is my weight! I was little miss hotsie-totsie back in high school. Now… 3 kids and a husband later… I’m more of a lump then anything else. Thankfully I have a man in my life that loves me (and my body) just the way things are. It’s not for anyone else but myself. I NEED TO GET RID OF THIS BLUBBER! It’s the same thing I say to myself everyday but do nothing about it… I’m just gaining and gaining. I know the things I have to do… No soda, no fatty foods, no eating late at night, light to moderate exercise (considering I’m in no shape to work out)... But I still do all of it!! I have no idea what it is… I just stopped caring. I’m a little ticked off at myself for that more then anything… Something has got to give! 19 months ago
I joined a gym, got a trainer and my eating is in the midst of an over haul. Down 10# since August. I didn’t write down my original starting weight for this goal. I believe I started at 283. So I’m 20# in! 19 months ago
