I think I am turning this into a habit. I was doing pretty well at the beginning of the summer, then had a kink thrown in when i was away from home for 7 weeks. Now that I’m back, I’m starting my third week of going each morning before work. At the end of 4 weeks, I think I will check this off.

I wouldn’t say I’ve accomplished this goal, because it isn’t a habit yet. But I did make it to the gym this morning before work. I liked the quiet drive to the gym, the sun not yet up, the streets empty. My workout was good, and the gym wasn’t too crowded. Then, when I finished, the sun had risen and it was a beautiful morning outside.
I’ve gotten pretty good about going to the gym lately…But I always go at night, and then it feels like I have time for nothing else except dinner. If I can start waking up one hour earlier, I think this would be a much better way to manage my time. I guess I will have to start going to bed earlier, too =(
So I’ve tried everyday this week to wake up early and go to the gym…. it hasn’t happened yet. grrr… so can I hire anyone to come drag me out of bed?? it might help :)
