I think it’s safe to safe that I “made a mistake” by taking 2 graduate courses in library sciences. I’ve decided that it’s not the path I truly want. The good thing is that I explored an option and I survived. Opening myself up to failure and mistakes is the only way that I’m going to succeed in the end.

This goal is based on the Fiona Apple song “A Mistake”. I’ve spent my whole life avoiding failure. I have been paralyzed, unable to make decisions because of it. It’s time for me to make a mistake and be fine with it. Here are the lyrics to the song:
