Put a pond in my garden

When I was living in Chicago, my old landlord had this great pond in their teeny backyard. It was a nice little oasis to go to and we have the space at our house to do it. Someday, when the kids are a little older and can’t fall into it!

I think I am naturally a water person and the idea of having a water feature in my garden is very appealing. I want to put a solar powered fountain in it as well as it will help oxygenate the water and I love the idea of listening to the sound of water in the garden on summer evenings.
