My friend can draw these beautiful pictures of people. I say she is the most talented 13 year old I know. I so wish I could draw like her.

And I’m a lot better than I thought I’d be! Been sketching Harry Potter characters, the way they look in my head, and I’m actually pretty happy with them…expressive faces, realistic bodies…gotta work on making them more dynamic though! Clinching proof, in any case, that you can do anything you set your mind to!

I’m always scowering the ‘Net searching for beautiful artwork, photographs, etc that align with the way I see the world, but it’s rare that I find anything that really clicks with the way I perceive…so I want to learn to draw realistic-looking people, so I can express my vision of human life. :)
