I feel I’v achieved this by learning healthy coping mechanisms (meditation), addressing my weight issues and generally getting my life ‘in order’. All that remains is becoming responsible for my cleaning issues and I’m working on that.
This is a big one.

As my time alone in my house grows shorter, I think it’s important that I continue learning to be self sufficient.
