hug people more often

I was at a friend’s apartment and her neighbor lady/best friend was there too… I told them my life story and it was so sad it made them cry so they both gave me a hug… very nice. bewildering, even.

Then I got invited to an ex-coworker’s birthday party (miracle?) and not only did she give me a big long hug but her dear old dad did too! And another one for goodbye… ya know, these are used for goodbyes too often, we should give them more at other times as well.

I’m just not around enough people anymore :(

My boss needs a hug. She has been through hell lately from all kinds of personal attacks. But I don’t want to seem too forward, or get in trouble over an offer that is misunderstood.

I hugged lots of ppl today… for a sad reason. My friend’s father was in an accident and didnt make it. I was at the hospital all day. Hugs help so much. They are truly amazing and powerful. :/

I wasn’t going to say I’d done this for a bit longer, but I decided that I have actually achieved the goal, and just because it’s not on my list anymore doesn’t mean I can’t keep working on it… I don’t get embarrassed when people want a hug, and I asked someone for a hug. So I’m pleased with my progress =)...

I’ve even started wanting hugs, which is both good and bad – bad if there’s no one around to give you one :P

I actually ASKED someone for a hug on Saturday :o =)

I ran into two old classmates while shopping yesterday at different times. The first one only gave me a moment of eye contact and a quick smile. The next one did the same then slowly came toward me. “Oh god she wants a hugs” i thought. Sure enough she opened her arms and hugged me. It wasnt bad. Its just i dont hug alot of people. And now i want to change that. Thats one of my new goals. Dont be afaird to get close and show some love. :)

Deffo doing this more starting from last day of school where everyone was hugging everyone… But I’ll keep this goal because a little bit more wouldn’t hurt :)
