to simply ignore the b*tching when you work in such a big team. Sometimes I have to listen to X bad-mouth Y and nod, then ten minutes later, X leaves the room, Y arrives, starts bad-mouthing X and I have to nod again. I wonder if people speak the same way about me. I used to b$tch a little about that one coworker I don’t quite get along with, I guess to vent out, but I don’t do it anymore, it’s actually better this way : the less I talk about it, the less it’s on my mind.

It’s entertaining though to hear all the gossip and the snarky nicknames people pronounce behind each other’s back. 12 months ago
