The Colonel’s wife, Claudia, opened a restaurant, and it’s still open just on the outskirts of Louisville, Kentucky… you can get Kentucky Fried Chicken done up fresh, and served in opulence at a regular restaurant price, that place is magnificent and all done up like a big ol’ southern mansion, with the white pillars and all. Google it!
I recommend the southern fried chicken livers, woof! they are so good!
I’m told that the local punks like to eat KFC and go to the grave of Colonel Sanders and leave a bucket with some chicken on his grave…

We drove all over the eastern United states, and as we passed through Kentucky we stopped at a KFC. It’s a little thing—but for the rest of my life, it’ll always make me smile, and what is worth more than that?
