Get a job on campus

They simply DON’T want to hire me. Probably because I live too far from school. :(

i got a workstudy job in the gym and im a ref/scorekeeper for intramural bbal..check check!!

I was officially turned down for Work Study today.

And I was rejected by two jobs on campus that interviewed me.

Buuut anyone who knows me well enough knows that I wouldn’t give up quite yet.

And I don’t want to waste all my time driving around. It makes sooo much more sense to work at school.

I am a senior with a double major, graduationg in Dec.

I love my school and want to work there, besides hoping to get my masters and eventually phd and teach there!

I applied to be an admissions counselor. I have not heard back anything, not a peep. I got two glowing letters of rec from both my advisors, appeared on TV and radio representing my college and know our programs really well.

I guess I am just nervous since I have heard nothing back. The job opened on Sept 2nd, I applied around the 12th. The job is still listed and I never heard a word. I know all my letter and 2 rec letters and resume were all in. It will be just about 3 weeks Friday that they got it. They said my last few classes (one a week for 1 hr 15 mins four days) will not interfer and I actually spell and write better when not stressed and tired like I am right now!

Gah, sorry, I just hope I can kick this off this list one day very soon!
