How I did it: I've been writing stories and novels since I was four years old, so I was pretty experienced when I began. I actually didn't intend on publishing my book (Infinity).... I had just finished reading Twilight, and it inspired me to write a fantasy novel! So, I worked on it for about 6 months, editing and rewriting (I rewrote an entire half of the book because I didn't like it) and so that took a while, but after I was done, I realized that I… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I want to publish a book! I love writing.I make millions of stories!I have 61 stories on my fanfiction account! And how did I do what? Read how I did it…
How I did it: I wrote it, found a publisher who'd let me own all the rights, went around and marketed it. I even got it into Chapters. Just one store for now... it's only been out a month. But I'm on my way. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Part of my fiction writing class was to build a publishable portfolio of short stories. At the end of the semester, we all chose one story to be published in a class anthology. Getting 25 people to agree on the cover design, the name, the format is SO hard. “Point Blank” was its name. It was a limited printing, and I didn’t write the WHOLE thing, but I think it still counts as Publishing a book. Plus, I designed the cover and everythin… Read how I did it…
moneyfornothing Law of Attraction changed my life.
How I did it: After I wrote over 90 poems in 90 days, I just went back through them and changed a few things.Because there was so much going on in my head, I was able to write most poems within 15-20 minutes. At times, I would write seven in one day.I was able to write my acknowledgments in under one hour. Read how I did it…

Hey, Gonna talk about my approach here and will update periodically. I’m working on writing articles that I’ll be able to (some day) compile and rework into a book.

I have a new book idea. I have a publisher to approach. The next step is simply contacting theme.

So haven’t written anything in a couple of weeks, which I’m a bit disappointed by. Hoping to get some written tomorrow and also hoping to get a sample of one of the chapter published in the Literary Society anthology at the end of the school year. I’ll have been partly published then, which will be great and hopefully my reviews will be published in the student paper. All steps towards publishing. :D
JessicaLynnValentine is figuring out her life goals
1. start researching and thinking up characters and more to the plot of my White Silver book.
2. spend a few hours each day writing my rough draft.
3. make all punctuation and grammar mistakes.
4. read through book again making improvments
5. when book is done have others read it and get there opinions.
6. make corrections based on there opinions.
7. start trying to get book published (i dont really know anything about that so im going to just stop there X) )
I have written several novels, all of which I am too afraid to show to anyone, despite being able to take a lot of criticism on my art. I don’t think anyone but me would enjoy them. Someday, I hope to get over this and try to get one published.
I’m a huge writer. I write realistic-fiction, poetry, and I also enjoy toying with the concepts of utopia’s and dystopia’s. I’ve had alot of great ideas in the past but never got around to finishing them. A reason why is because I have a lack of motivation problem. Another reason why is because I’m not sure what to write about. A book of poetry, a life of a teenager in highschool, a society dominated by females…. These are all some of my idea’s but I’m still not sure which one to work on and complete.
So far, I’ve only completed one novel, but I don’t want to publish that one. It’s far to personal and it’s a fan fiction novel for 30 Seconds to Mars….

The agent or the publisher? Do you need an agent to be published or are you provided with one by the publishing company? It’s such a chicken and egg situation! XD
