So, I´m 27, going to get married in september and measure 157cm and weight about 75kg. I decided to loose weight, I want to loose 15 to 20 kg (not necessary for the wedding) but before I become 30. I have never had my ideal weight, always overweighted, and I got tired of it!
Since about a month I started to have a low-calories diet and it seems to work, I eat everything, but with measure and knowing approximately how much calories I consume in each meal.
I´m trying to eat 4 times a day in small meals and seems to work. I have lost until today 2kg!!!! I´m really happy about that and I want to continue.

ok im 18, im 5.1” and i weigh in at between 55-58gk (fluctuating)
i have only just obtained scales… but i know that over the past 3 months i have lost around 8kg through cutting out cake, chocolate, sweets ect.
i allow myself fruit cake on very rare occasions and avoid everything else like the plauge.
does anybody have any advice they could give about how i could go about loosing the 15kg… i want no fads or pills, im motivated to maintain a steay plan.
please help

The plan is to start the master cleanse tommorow ( lemonade diet ) it says you can loose 10kg in 10days and according to sources Beyonce Knowles lost 9kg in her 10days. I keep on saying I will start it tommorow and there has been so many tommorows that have not come to realization and in the interem time just ticks on by and nothing is gained

I’ve lost 9kg in not very long. Crazy. Not sure what happened – but it could have been an inaccurate measurement on the first pass.
Regardless, I’m close to my target weight. Attributed to:
- Riding to work every day.
- Eating fruit for lunch ( canned / fresh ) + salad roll.
- Cutting coffee down to 1 / day.
This, along with waking earlier every day has helped motivation / energy heaps.
