Renovate my condo

I’m putting this on hold till 2008….

These aren’t really renovations, but things I’ve needed/wanted to do or get done for a while. This IS the year they will get done.

The current list:
paint the kitchen
paint kitchen cupboards
put laminate in the living room/dining room
Get a new back door/screen door installed
paint living room/dining room

and it is time to start getting em done ! :)

The day after I made the goal to get new appliances including a fridge, my frigde broke. Fridges don’t break. I guess I’ll put my stuff outside and go shopping for a new fridge. Guardian angel over my shoulder I feel your compassion. Please help me find the perfect fridge at a reasonable price. I haven’t decided if I’ll get black or platinum. Please guide me on that too.

Once I get financing I will reno the bathroom and kitchen plus flooring among other odds and ends.

Interior dec: 132

I bought a condo about six months ago. The building was built in the late 70s and I do believe that the kitchen and bathroom are the original design. It is not nice although the space is. I will have to put that off for a while because I am saving money and getting out of debt. Maybe in another six months I can start on some small changes. My dad can help me but he is a busy man and there is a chance that it won’t get done. Maybe I should learn to become a handy woman.
