Pulled my first consecutive 30 in this block. Easier than I thought.

Haven’t tried a consecutive 30. I know at about 20 I get weak, so I’ll give this 30 thing a shot.
I’ve been too sedentary for too long…need to start with smaller goals to get moving again.

This is very attainable. I just need to get cracking on it! I think I can have this within a month or two easily if I set my mind to it.
And I have flabby noodle arms to show for it. Bleah.
I think I had it in me the whole time, I just needed to set aside the time to really commit, and ignore the fact that my arms may be sore, or whatever else. It wasn’t such a big deal, so I’ll just say worth doing because maybe it will inspire me to do pushups more.
