ten pounds in a month would be great but my goal is fifteen in 3 months instead.

Boy, it would be helpful if I had something more to do during the day. I have been eating fruit whenever I get that feeling like I want something…usually sweet. The natural sugar in the fruit does help.
I guess its doable. I really need to loose about 70 but i’m breaking this down so I can get gratification at least on a monthly basis.
Lost ten pounds this month (October) and gained three back. It’s time to start entering food in fitday again. And it’s time to start taking the dog for long morning walks again.
