Live with a view of the ocean

Went on a conference for my work, and we all had ocean front rooms. For 3 glorious days I had an ocean view from private balconies. On the 9th floor I never closed my curtains and never shut the patio door. I woke up and watching the sun come, and I went to sleep with the sound of the waves.

I want a view of the ocean or at the very least be close enough to walk to it so I can walk at sunrise along the ocean’s edge. I want to be able to gather bits of things the ocean leaves on the beaches.

I want at least 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a porch, an extra room for whatever, 2 bathrooms, a dishwasher, washer and dryer and one of those squirty things near the faucet. I want a shower and tub separate in the master bath. I want a fireplace and possible even to heat the home with a wood stove. I want a hammock in the backyard (side of the house where the ocean is) and my house to be as eco-friendly as possible.

I live 2 hours from the ocean. Took me 30 years to get this close…I am hoping to get even closer.
