There are plenty of reasons to want to lose weight and to get in shape. For me the main reason is so that I can feel more confident in being myself at my new school next fall. I am planning on trying out for the soccer team then and I don’t want to make a fool out of myself. Also I want to feel healthier.

:: Today was the first step in hoping to achieve this goal. It’s been a while since I went running/jogging…in fact, the last time I ran my ass out was like 3 months ago…so after I came back from work, I decided to go for a run/jog around my neighbourhood…and I must say, not too pretty bad, covered approximately 3.5km…I ran roughly the same distance the last time I ran…so hopefully, this will be the stepping stone to achieve this goal i hope :D (Tomorrow I am gonna be so aching for sure; no freaking warm-up and warm-down, just suit up and GO! IDIOT) Oh well, small price to pay there. ::
