If Im really trying to get my shit together, I should really acknowledge the insanity of waking at 2pm and going to bed at 4:30 am every. single. night. Working at night probably doesn’t help, and it goes in conjunction with another “Quit my Job” I have as number 10 on my list.. But I shouldn’t blame it entirely on work because I still have to be there for a couple more pay periods. If I plan on leaving the end of January, that’s.. 2 more paychecks. Jeez, really getting to down to the wire here. That’s another forum though.
Last night, I was on this site until 5am. And that’s entirely my fault, just kind of ironic. More like a paradox. On a goal setting site until the wee hours of the morning when one of your goals is to go to bed early. Odd. I got up at 2pm today.. how the eff am I gonna be able to sleep tonight at a decent time? I have some sort of plan.. If I get off work tonight at 10:30, I can do all my internet stuff and be off be in bed by 1 am. For me, that is an early night. Baby steps folks baby steps…
My sister told me that one needs 7 hours of sleep in order to feel refreshed. So I should set an alarm for 8am.. I have plenty of things I could do tomorrow. I never feel refreshed and ready to bounce at 2pm. I just feel like.. ugh.. 3 hours until I get ready for work. Which pretty much means I have stay home because you really cant get a lot done out in the world (Gym, Groceries, Doctor, Friends.. etc)with only 3 hours. Even though its 3:39am right now, and I am expecting a call in 4.45 hours, I have a goal. Early to bed ealry to rise. Almost every succesful person lives this way.. It just is so hard when I work nights :/ Im sure theres people who have it worse, but its a great excuse :X Haha, I get off work at 10:30 usuall, but after getting up at 1 in the afternoon, the party does not end there! I usually follow it up with 5 hours of internet bliss before I force myself to sit in my bed until I lose consciousness. Today went to bed around 3 a.m. I woke at 6:30 a.m. bc. my cousin’s husband went to the capital city in the early hours by car so I could save myself from a long travel by train…
Btw he was absolutly fun to chat with, I guess I will travel with him next time if the time is right for both of us.
I hate local trains… they are mostly so used and old and noisy…

Okok not the other side, but I live as GMT-4 to -6 time… however living in a GMT+2 area…..............................
no question why my English improved so much as a teenager playing online games with foreigners – mainly US citizen kids, bc. I was awake when there was afternoon…xD

- there is only in the capital city 0-24 post office… and in the country if i visit relatives post offices close around 5 p.m.

- makes u antisocial waking up in the afternoon bc. when you finish your own things it is night, unlike others who do their stuff in the morning and than meet with friends in the afternoon – i want to be like this! 5 months ago

Goal: Go to bed no later than 11pm, preferably 10pm. Wake up no later than 7am. 8 to 9 hours of sleep!
Hoping I can force myself to get to a schedule like this, as I get quite groggy and headachey now that I sleep really late. I also find it makes me look worse, all ruddy and visibly tired. 7 months ago
