How I did it: Starting Weight Watchers made me super aware that i needed to drink more water in order to keep my body going. So, i got strange looking bottles- not cylindrical, but nearly rectangular that are HUGE- and i keep them full. One stays with me at my desk. It holds 1.5 liters. That gets completely drained every day.The really huge one is in my travel bag. It goes with me to the gym, or when i'm hanging out with friends.I drink when i'm even r… Read how I did it…

How I did it: During my exams period i had a 1,5 litre bottle next to my desk and a nice blue glass for water in front of me. At first i was drinking 1 litre per day. Now i force my self not to go to bed until i finish the 1.5 litre.I realized i had a better skin ( in 2 weeks), however i used my bathroom a lot more...Now i got used to it!Plus, i always accompany my food with a glass of water and not any other drink. How I did it: I didn't want to add more waste to our landfills just to meet my goal so I carried around my 1 liter glass water bottle and refilled it once to meet my 2 liter goal. I also utilitized my Brita filter since the tap water at my house tastes better when filtered. I found out that bottled water isn't held to the same regulations as tap water and so the water you get for free can be better!! Read how I did it…

How I did it: I had two 500ml bottles filled up and carried them round with me, when I would normally sit there and twiddle my thumbs or sit there doing nothing, I drunk some water. Within about 2 hours I had drank one bottle without having to drink it all at once, I wasn't thirsty at all throughout the day and it began to come natural to drink water. Once my bottle was empty I went onto the other, and then filled them up so I had some with me at all t… Read how I did it…

How I did it: I drank two glasses of water before school, and I filled two plastic water bottles and took them to school with me. It's best to reuse bottles because throwing them away is bad for the environment. Basically, I just did this until it was a habit. Read how I did it…

The goal is 8 glasses of 8 oz of water = 64 oz.
I drank six glasses of water yesterday. These are 16oz glasses so that = 96 oz of water.
I’m trying to drink a glass of water with 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in it each morning and night so that’s two glasses knocked out of the way. If I have one before lunch and another one before dinner I should be good.

I forgot my newly won stainless steel Publix water bottle in the car when I went in to work. Ha…
I’ll do better today.
I found a 1 liter glass water bottle that I love and drink 2 or more of those a day to meet my goal. I like them so much I sell them on my green blog: www.livinglavidaverde.net
LinaLinaLina Happy school is over!

Without adequate water I don’t urinate as I need to and it feels abnormal. I need to drink 8 glasses of water a day to urinate sufficiently and be properly hydrated.
Patrick Keller starting out is easy, maintaining is work
I need to space it out more I think.
I only drank about 16 oz of pure water today
I chose coffee instead of soda, (I don’t know if that was good or not) and I drank a redbull today, and some tea.
Tomorrow I only drink water or tea, and get my 8 glasses

so one before I go in @ midnight and take one to work with me
when I wake up drink a bottle and take one with me when I leave
I think I got it. (if I can remember)
Maria Straatsma is happy she completed another goal!
I’m super picky about water, so getting the right bottle was key. I found one I love and whenever I’m thirsty, or want something to eat, or a mint, or a soda etc… I chug some icy cold water. It’s amazing how great it is! I rarely crave soda during the day now. I’m not drinking a full 64oz yet, but I’m drinking roughly 40oz a day now, which is way better than the zero I was!!
