I haven’t wrote on this topic since I created it, here’s my stats

Male/22
5’7
140 lbs

Too skinny in my opinion, I’ve been stretching a lot recently, and also working out with my weights,, I don’t have room for a bench so I’m using my bed & bedside table to do my bench press, I really want to get in shape, take that little tummy I have n get rid of it, replace with my abs and overall bulk up a little bit, for everybody who’s joined this group, it’s really worth researching into a healthy diet, as this will help you reach you goal, it seriously makes big difference and it may be the reason why you’re not reaching your goal at all.

Will post back in a few months

Let's not repeat the freshmen 15 again!  — 1 week ago

I’ll have to be honest that I’ve always been a tiny person (and am still). But when college came around, I gained 15 pounds in…3 months? Imagine my shock when I came home in December and stepped on the scale :). Anyway, college has come and gone, and I’ll be starting my first job soon. People at my company joke about gaining 15 pounds. When I heard this, the first thing I thought was: my body cannot take another fifteen pounds, parts of me (the tummy) is still recovering from freshman year! So even though I’ll probably be working 12 hours/day, I’m determined to exercise at least 4 hours a week. Let’s keep the 15 at bay. For everyone who is working to lose weight/stay in shape for whatever reason, best of luck!

Not an innate trait  — 3 months ago

I have always been one of those people who never took much of an interest in being in good shape. I want to change that about myself.

XTreme Fitness  — 5 months ago

I enrolled in there and its been 1.5 months. I still donno what body fat % I have lost but my goal is to reach 16% even though they say 14%.

Weight wise I become 180 that will be ideal for me.

Trying again.  — 5 months ago

Well, I gave up pop/soda on Feb 1st, with the mind set that even though it isn’t much, it still would help me feel like I’m at least doing something. Lent starts today, and last year I gave up pop/soda. So I’m gonna give that up again, but also I’m gonna give up Pizza…which I’ve been having a lot of lately. The plan now is to start working out at home again. Jessica joined a gym a little while ago, and it sounds decent from everything she was saying. I’ll probably join with her soon, and hopefully I’ll see some changes.

I worked out!  — 5 months ago

Three days in a row!

And then I STOPPED! I need to get back on track. It felt so good to exercise and eat right, but I’ve been a slob in both respects for about 4 days.
