I stopped doing pilates a few months ago.
I’d definitely like to pick it back up again. Since I started playing hockey, I stopped doing much of any other kinds of exercise. But I really need to start again. If nothing else I need to get into better shape so I can play better hockey! 6 years ago
i only missed one morning. so that’s great. the actual exercise is harder than i expected, but that’s good:) now i hope to make this a habit. 7 years ago
i aim to do pilates in the morning, atleast 4 times a week, for the next week. 7 years ago
I do it first thing in the morning, so I know it’s out of the way, and it’s made a real difference for me over the last three months. 7 years ago
I’m doing once a week. But I’ll get it. Pilates is very good! 8 years ago
I was doing about 20 minutes of pilates 4 times a week pretty consistently until about 2 weeks ago. I did it after I went for walks/runs. Then I had to put in long hours working on an art project that needed to get finished… then I started a new job with longer hours 20 minutes away. So for almost two weeks I didn’t exercise at all. But today I ran and did the pilates thing – I hope I am able to keep it up. I prefer doing it in the mornings but I’ve had to get up so much earlier for my job. Just need to get to bed by about 9:00.
I think what I’m going to try to do now is: Pilates for 20 minutes every day – and an extra long ‘session’ on either Saturday or Sunday. I’d just like to progress a little faster, and what I’m doing now could definitely be done every day. (my body can take it, and I think I’ll have the time if I work at it) 8 years ago
