I just went to Las Vegas but plan on heading up to Canada for Thanksgiving next week! :D
Not bad considering I don’t even have a vehicle at the moment. :P

How to go on a road trip

 "Lots of fun, and sometimes stressful!"
How I did it: We tripped around Arizona, Utah, California, Nevada. And then visited friends in St Louis and drive to Memphis. Then we drove through NY state and PA, and down to Washington DC. It was really great to see bits of the US by car. Highlights for me were Four Corners, the Bonneville Salt Flats, Graceland, and all of NYC!

How I did it: Planning the basics out ahead of time made things a lot easier, but as far as actual plans for what to do, I say just go with the flow. Be open to experience whatever comes your way, and just relax. I was on a budget, which I believe made things more fun since we had to be a little more creative in regards to almost everything. A friend and I were kinda planning to drive to a couple places in europe but I’m not sure he knew I was seriously interested in going along, and at the time I couldnt drive.
Now I think he may be going with someone else but hopefully I’ll get around to organinsing my own … once I buy a car that is.

I suggested this to my flatmate because I’ve always always wanted to do it. We asked our other flatmate cause he has a license and would be able to borrow a car and we’re all really good mates. He said it’s possible but didn’t think he would with just us 3. You can see his point, lol. So we’d need more people. He also said we could have alot more than 1 car… It would be awesome. I’d like a small group tho, just people I know and get on with. We’s probably drive around the north of england, dunno. Needs planning. Going to make this happen FOR REAL.

Drove to Chicago with Sam for my birthday. Does that count? Lollapalooza was an adventure. Morris was an adventure. But it was just all planned.

I should start planning where I want to go.. I’m thinking about maybe Byron bay or Bondi, but I wont be able to do anything until I get a job anyway, which is definitely number one on my list!
