I did some research and picture boarding into what appealed to me, and made a notebook to take shopping, and remind myself why I was making this change. I put pictures of appealing clothes into my notebook and lists of necessary items. This led to weight loss, a new hairstyle, better grooming habits, and updated closet and a more positive view of myself. I did everything in small increments, and gave myself time to get used to the changes. I took pictures of my outfits from front, back and side and found out that this is a REALLY important step to controlling my image. Some of my ensembles looked great from the front, but made my butt look HUGE from the back! So they had to be modified! This adventure has led me back to a love of all things fashion related and my old love of design and sewing. My adventure continues...:-)
