avalanche_510 is contemplating her life
i just watched the movie :)
How I did it: I rented the film from a movie rental store (maybe Blockbuster or Hollywood Video), it was late at night, the night before it was due back. Even though it was about 2:00 am, I knew that I wanted to watch it. I put the DVD in the slot and pressed the play button. From then on out I was engrossed in the movie. I was especially sympathetic to the older female character (it was a long time ago, but I think her name is Sarah). I won't ruin the plot, but it is the sort of film that one must watch, but it's like walking on hot coals, you need/want to do it, but it is quite painful at times and it's something you will think twice about before doing it again.

VERY VERY good movie. the book is better (of course) but they are both very depressing
ANYONE who reads this & has not seen this movie needs to go & watch it NOW.
It really is literally the best film I’ve ever seen. (& no sarcastic people – it is NOT the only one I have seen.) I’ve watched a lot of movies & this one gets 11/10.
My all-time favourite movie to date.
The theme track is also amazing & makes it even more powerful than it is.
I love this this kind of movies, they can make you have a bad feeling after watching it
