make better eye contact with people

For me i don’t know why but it’s embarassing and scary to make eye-contact while speaking and such, but ill give it my best!!! Wish me luck!!

i have a hard time looking people in the eyes. im afraid that if i look at them then they will see all the flaws that i see when i look at myself.im going to do this and not let this hold me back from doing what i wanna do with my life. i wanna work with people cause i love people but i just have a hard time with this. wish me luck!!

I have been getting much better at this!! Iv been making a lot more eye contact with people and it had definetly boosted my self esteem. Before if say a guy was looking at me I would freak out even though i was intersted in them and I wouldnt look at them, but now that I have been forcing my self to make eye contact with them, I have been getting a lot of good attention.
