i’ve started working with a trainer
so that’s a start.
i need to deal with my anxiety and stress
and eating better
and eliminating carcinogens in my environment,
though i’m a vegetarian already, which helps.
i’d like to live at least long enough to see my daughter retire,
which would put me at 97…
maybe there’s some sort of magical whiskey that can help me?
