Mine was a neurochemical issue..  — 2 years ago

    Worth doing!

I was taking a medication that was seriously fogging my brain and also doing pretty nasty things to me healthwise. Once it was switched, the words flooded out.

    Me happy now. :-)

Good and Bad  — 2 years ago

    Worth doing!

The good side is that I’ve recently been writing like a mad woman and most of it is something that even my highly shy and critical eye likes.

The bad side is that it’s because I’ve been on self restriction from medication I had been taking for one health issue because of a possible risk from it in a different health issue.

The good side again is that I know it’s in there somewhere. It just needs to find the proper outlet.

The bad side is that I might have to go back on the medication until they’ll switch it for me. This, based on observed data, will most assuredly kill anything budding in my mind now. :-(

    Sucks.

    Worth doing!

I think I’ve improved a lot since last year. I still have a lot of trouble writing under pressure, but I just need to keep at it. I’m not taking any writing courses, so I think the best way to keep this up is to follow through on my goal to join toastmasters =)

Well, I’m working on my novel now. I have a plot at least.
I have http://www.nanowrimo.org/ to thank for it.
