One of my own “business” is running for almost three years now, the second for about a half year. Sometimes it’s hard work, sometimes a bit of stress, but: I love my work! And I’m sure I’m good. So it’s ok earning enough money with it.

i need to stop working as de-facto manager if i’m still going to be paid minimum wage. it’s time to either curb my work ethic or start moving up.
