Another “This week” item. I will:
- Set up my yoga mats, one in my bedroom and one in my music space.
- Practice for 15 minutes in the morning when I first get up.
- Practice for 15 minutes at night before bed.

i had my first session in about a month last night. i twisted the hell outta my ankle and really havent been comfortable putting any weight on it until about a week ago. so im really happy. i only practiced for about half an hour, since im doing a master cleanse as well and i dont have too much energy. but it felt really good. im hoping to go for a solid hour tonight.
