go to China

AMAZING!! just got home last night after 24 hours of travelling, but i would gladly hop back on a plane for another 24 hours right now!!

wow, China. :)

FOUR DAYS!!!!!!

Going to China in roughly 3 weeks… can’t wait!!! What an experience it will be :)

The history was awesome… being stared at by everyone I walked by wasn’t that awesome… but I guess it comes with the territory. Go forth and enjoy!

I’ve always wanted to visit China… The Great Wall, the Yang Tze River… I’d love to get there before 2010 to take a cruise down before they set the 3 Gorges Dam in motion. It saddens me that the Chinese government has allowed the displacement of millions and the destruction of thousands of years of history to fulfill their ravenous need for more energy.

I’m going to China with my college in june this year.
im just scared as hell about the food and the hygiene and the squat toilets and the communication barriers and the people.
arghh! i hope i dont get sick.

Whatever you think China is – it is amazing. You will forget everything you ever thought about it when you see this incredible land.

I normally do not do touristy things when I travel – but you will want to when you are there – If you go to Beijing go see the Great Wall and the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. If you get to go to Shanghai – jump on the subway and discover all the nook and crannies… it is very easy to get around in the big cities and in Shanghai everyone speaks more than one language.
