I used to play on my cell phone for few hours everyday while my boys are at school and after they go to bed. I’ve got some friend but am not comfortable to receive the quick reply.
I feel peace in my mind since I’ve reduce time. I’m not gonna stop to play it but try to keep it away to play it for many hours.

when war and the great tide of suffering caused by our “civilisation” is washed into the pages of history.
A lesson learned well by a great species.
When the greed (and need) for possessions is replaced with an understanding that our next meal is all that matters in life.
When my neighbours happily share the fruits of their forest with my family, as we share with them.
When my children will have a secure and carefree future, and their grandchildren will appreciate our wonderful world, living in peaceful abundance.
then will be the day that i can rest, in peace.
