I’m just waiting for the final proofs from the photographer… Hopefully it will arrive by our first anniversary! :)
How I did it: I used kodakgallery.com and had them make the books. So much easier to do, they look great, and I don't have to worry I'll lose the photos.
More spendy that way, but hey, this was my wedding (and honeymoon). And since we didn't hire a professional photographer, it wasn't too expensive, in the grand scheme of things.
Lessons & tips: Start by organizing your photos into the various parts of your wedding. Rehearsal / hanging out / ceremony / reception / brunch -- and then organize one section at a time. Try to include one picture of everyone who was there.

We ought to do this before the baby comes. Eeep!

It’s been on the backest of back burners and there’s really no excuse.
megumi is.
I’ve started it, I think I’ll let the old man finish it. He’s the one that’s a pack rat after all so he has all the little bits to add to it.

Starting the wedding scrapbook would be a good first step towards finishing it! It would be helpful, most likely, if I actually got the photos developed… before our first anniversary (only a month and a half away).

Ok, first album, done. Its only been six years but it is done. Then with two hundred and some extra pictures, I have started a second much more simple ablum. Hopefuly this one won’t take seven years. ;)

After a year and a half of working on it, I’ve finally finished our wedding scrapbook! I worked on it all weekend. The scrapbook goes from our engagement all the way through the wedding planning, dress shopping, rehearsal, the day itself, the honeymoon, and then each year, for each anniversary, I’m going to do an additional page.
It’s very heavy but very done. Each page is personal and very “scrapbooky”...not just an album with a slot for each picture. It took a lot of work but it was so, so worth it!

I finished the last of my final exams today, so I’m officially on Winter Break…at least until the end of January. So I’m going to devote the next month to finishing our wedding scrapbook. It looks great so far and I’m very happy with it. I just need to finish it so we can look back at the entire day as a whole instead of just up to wherever I currently am in the book.

Ok, this coming Saturday, 10-13, will be our 5th wedding anniversary. blush I started the album about six months after we got married when a friend invited me to a scrapbooking party. I was immediately hooked on scrapbooking as an art and craft. I got about half way done with my wedding album in one marathon weekend and haven’t touched it since. I think one problem is that the better I get at this craft the more I feel like my album has to be “perfect.” Several times I have gotten the urge to start all over. Deep down I just need to trust that no matter how fancy or crafty the album turns out it will still be perfect because in the end it was a perfect day for me.
