Sheesh, I am now 75.6kgs. What a difference six months can make! LOL!
Anyway, I’m trying not to focus on the numbers. I’m ‘not-dieting’. I’ve signed up with an ‘attuned-eating’ coach and am ready for a healthy relationship with food and exercise.
I’m exercising more, walking for an hour most weekdays and I’ve started playing netball. Tonight will be my third game.
Weight today 65kgs. I’m weighing monthly now. Have read ‘The Don’t Go Hungry Diet’ by Amanda Sainsbury-Salis, and think it to be a good approach. Purchased a pedometer and have been averaging 12000 steps a day and walking most days. As of today, have started tracking my food intake and am planning to eat more fruit and veg.
i have been walking first 1 mile for a week then 2 miles for 1 week now im waliking 3 miles wow i can do it!!!!!
Last Saturday I was 65.3kgs. I have been walking for about half an hour while the kids are at school but I have also been eating too much takeaway. My focus at the moment will be on eating at home, eating plenty of fruit and veg and keeping up with the exercise and water.
I’m currently around 68kgs. My goal weight is 56kgs. I am currently working on eating more vegetables and fruit, increasing my exercise level and drinking more water.
