get poetry published

I got my poetry published when I was in the 4th and 5th grades, but I want to get more adult poems published. I, for the most part, write about heartbreak and suicde, but I can write happy poems, too.

I had a poem published in a collection of childerens poems when I was nine. Currently my most significant claim to fame.

IN TIME

In Time In Time

That’s all that we hear

From the time we are born

Till our last golden year.

In Time We Dance

To the rhythm and the beat

Waiting for Romance

To sweep us from our feet.

In Time In Time

They say we will heal

From a death or a loss

Of a loved one or a deal.

In Time We Await

For what shall appear

Our Destiny Our Fate

In a Laugh In a Tear

In Time We Mature

And become more wise

Always looking for a cure

Of How to Solve our Lives IN TIME !

it got published in a book with about 30 othe poems but i want more i want my poems to be in a book all by themselfs.
and im working on it very hard.
i write poems almost every day
at least 7 poems aweek
and people tell me im really good at it so im just hoping it can taake me somewhere.not just be a hobbie.

I’ve always loved to write poetry but kept them in notebooks and
no one has seen them until a few years ago, and the comments have been encouraging so I hope to enter in some literary contests put out there by other poets and guilds, not really in it for the money, but would like to get published. I write poems
about nature, experiences, travels, people and inspirational. I’ve recieved featured poet in international “Who’s who in Poetry” International Library of Poetry. I’ve compiled some of
my poems to music on cd along with my story of near death experience, which I call my blessing because it opened doors to
talents I was not using and should have! So I encourage everyone to get off your duffs and let your talents shine!
