    it was pretty easy… I keep myself very busy now. I used to eat out of bordom, now I run and watch movies or go for walks with my mum… at first it was difficult because I’m diabetic so sometimes I still have to eat when I don’t necissarily feel ‘hungry’ but its still healthy!!!

    i did this before having second child. It was like learning to ride a bike. Once i got it going it was easy but getting it going was the hard part. I was very thin and very happy about it because it was simple and felt like a natural pattern not a forced one (most diet feel forced). Ok so this is my day one. I am about 20 lbs heavier than my pic. That is what i want to look like again….. SO PLAY IT AGAIN SAM!

    I was doing quite well with this; then life picked up again and I’ve gone back to eating whatever, whenever. I am aware now it is a time/stress/psychological issue, and I can only stay on top of it when I’m not being pulled in several different directions at once which has unfortunately been the case these past weeks. I will make an effort to try again wholeheartedly, and I shall then report back.

    Well, day one and no hunger, so no food. Mentionable thirst, due to endless activities on such a hot day; liquid consumption right now at about three liters of water and three cans diet soda. I’m not worried; it is only five o’ clock.
    J & A invited me over for some drinks later, so maybe ravenous hunger will find me there, and I’ll inadvertently become the awful bottomless pit type guest that eats thier hosts out of house and home [whatever that means].

    I eat out of stress. I want to be able to just eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full. STOP STRESS EATING!
